1 THE FOUNDATION

"I created ARMRAR to heal myself. It was developed with the utmostintention, integrity, and respect forevolutionary wisdom because I putthis into my own body every singleday. Nature crafted by us, for us."

ARMRA is the brainchild of Sarah Rahal, MD, a pediatricneurologist with expertise in environmental health and quantumbiology. Dr. Rahal is constant seeker of knowledge, research, andwhat lies beyond the status quo. After years of clinical work inthe hospital and running a busy pediatric practice, she wasalarmed by the boom in chronic diseases she saw across youngpatients. Dr. Rahal unearthed thousands of research publicationsattesting to the powerful health benefits of colostrum, nature'sfirst bioactive food; yet, remained largely unknown to themasses.
Galvanized by a catastrophic health crisis that almost took herlife, Dr. Rahal forged a path down R&D to develop ARMRAColostrum's proprietary technology and save herself. Shespearheaded the colostrum category, launching ARMRA in 2020with a mission to share access to this simple tool that holds thepower to radically transform health for anyone, and advanceflourishing at scale.

The Physician Behind the Science

Her foundational approach to medicine anchors her to theimportance of honoring the evolutionary wisdom of the body, theunrivaled power of the body to repair itself, and the urgency ofequipping the body with the right nutrients to do so.
Dr. Rahal trained at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center inTMNew York. Prior to founding ARMRA Colostrum", she wasAssistant Professor of Neurology and Pediatrics, and theDirector of Pediatric Headache Medicine, at the Icahn School ofMedicine at Mount Sinai Hospital in NY.
